We are based in Athens, specializing in Greece, Europe, and the East.
We built the company for you — teachers and coaches in wellness and fitness who want to create high-quality retreats for their communities, but find it hard to do it alone.
At IN ZEN, we wanted to give the full spotlight to the people who truly matter — the content leaders.
The teachers and coaches without whom the retreat wouldn’t happen.

Finding & managing locations
- Find locations in Israel and worldwide — specializing in Greece, Europe, and the East
- Local quality check — we arrive, review, and make sure the place is perfect
- Manage bookings, contracts, and coordination with all vendors
Concept & participant experience
- Build an experiential concept that feels like you — not a template, but a unique creation
- Design an agenda that connects content, place, and atmosphere into one journey
- Select workshops, activities, and experiences that enrich the retreat
