Custom Retreat Production

We are a team of producers, facilitators, and logisticians led by Maya Lamberti—a lawyer and mediator who moved to Athens to build In Zen. Together we combine structure, empathy, and creative production to deliver experiences with rigor, care, and calm.

Our mission is to create retreats and events that allow people to reconnect with themselves, nature, and community. We believe that every experience should be personalized, respectful of participants, and create a safe space for growth and development.
