Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to plan a retreat?
It depends on the type of retreat and complexity, but we usually recommend starting 3–6 months in advance. That gives us time to create something truly special — find the perfect location, close high-quality vendors, and design an experience that feels exactly like you imagined. If it’s more urgent, we can move fast too — tell us what you need and we’ll see how to make it happen.
What exactly is included in your service?
We’re with you from the moment you say “maybe we’ll do a retreat” until the last guest gets home. That means planning conversations and deep listening, finding amazing locations, building a concept and schedule that fit your audience, closing all logistics (flights, accommodation, food, transfers, vendors), and close on-site support throughout the retreat. We don’t disappear after signing — we’re with you at every step.
How much does it cost? Is there a minimum budget?
Every retreat is its own world, so pricing depends on group size, destination, duration, and the level you’re aiming for. We work with a range of budgets and always find the right balance between your vision and what’s possible. In the intro call we’ll understand what matters most and offer a few options. There’s no one-size-fits-all package — we tailor it to you.
Do you work only in Greece?
No. Greece is our first love and we have deep connections there, but we produce retreats worldwide — Europe, the Far East, Israel, and anywhere that feels right for your retreat. Our expertise isn’t just geography; it’s understanding how place shapes experience and finding the exact energy you’re looking for.
What’s the difference between planning a retreat alone vs. with you?
When you do it alone, you’re both the facilitator and the producer — booking hotels, negotiating with vendors, coordinating transfers at 3am, and handling all the details that can go wrong. We take that off your plate. You arrive to be the teacher, the guide, the energy — and your people feel it. We keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so you can be fully present. That’s the difference between “managing an event” and “creating an experience.”
What happens if something goes wrong during the retreat?
We’re there. Literally. Our team is on-site throughout the retreat, and our job is to handle the unexpected. Weather changes? Someone missed a flight? A vendor didn’t show up? We solve it behind the scenes so you and your guests feel nothing but the experience you planned.
How many participants do we need?
There’s no fixed minimum or maximum. We’ve worked with intimate groups of 10–12 and large groups of 40–50. Each size creates a different energy, and part of planning is building a retreat that feels right for your group. We’ll share what works from experience and find the right balance.
What makes a retreat “good”?
A great retreat isn’t only a beautiful location or a packed schedule. It feels whole — where place, content, people, and energy connect. There’s room to breathe and experience, and sometimes to be quiet. People leave different than they arrived — not because they did the most, but because they had space to be with themselves and the group. We know how to build that because we’ve done it many times — always tailored to who you are and what matters to you.
What happens after the retreat?
Even after the retreat ends, we’re here. We can send a summary, photos, participant feedback if needed, and most importantly — we’ll debrief with you. What was excellent? What could be improved? If you’re thinking about the next retreat, we’ll help you take it a step further. Our goal isn’t only one retreat — it’s for you to feel confident creating more and more experiences for your community.
